Please ensure that you read and understand all the provisions of this document before you purchase our courses/trainings/mentorshipprograms/consulting/services/coaching as you shall be bound by all the terms and conditions herein of this electronic contract.

1. General

1.1.     We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this website after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

1.2.     In the interest of users and as a fair practise and transparency, Digital Samrat offer a free/paid 90 minutes webinar or one-on-one video consultation explaining the offers. Users are requested to attend webinar or video consultation before making any purchases on Digital Samrat and its websites.

2. Cancellation of your access

2.1.     The purchasing of any course/trainings/mentorship programs/consulting/services/coaching or any one-time or recurring or subscription payment shall be governed by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Mentorship Agreement, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2.2.     Once the purchase is made at Digital Samrat, there shall be no refund issued. However, you may cancel your course/trainings/mentorship programs/consulting/services/coaching access at any time but there is no refund issued if you cancelled your access to the course/programs offered with your purchase. You shall not be entitled for any refunds if you cancel your purchase once it is made as by that time all the arrangements would already have been made for you.

2.3.     If the user wishes to cancel his/her enrollment in any of our courses/programs/Consulting/Services/coaching, the Digital Samrat is not liable for any refunds whatsoever. No refund of fees will be made on enrollments that have already been confirmed, i.e. class has been scheduled or given the login credentials.

2.4.     If the Digital Samrat cancels the classes/training under exceptional circumstances, supplementary classes shall be arranged for the course/training completion, no refund requests shall be entertained in such cases.

3. Cancellation Process

3.1.     To cancel the subscription of your course and to cancel the future payments of your remaining EMIs of your purchase, please email our customer service at [Email of the Grievance Officer/HR] or make a cancellation request on our WhatsApp No. +91-96642-22272, to obtain a Cancellation Request Number or to cancel the subscription of your purchase.

3.2.     Upon receiving the Cancellation Request, we shall verify the request and if found genuine, we will arrange a cancellation of your purchase.

4. Response Time

4.1.     A cancellation request of your subscription is normally processed within 7 Business days after the completion of formal procedure at the end of Digital Samrat. We will notify you by email when your cancellation has been processed.

4.2.     We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any cancellation request if such a request is not in compliance with this Policy or Applicable laws.

4.3.     It is hereby agreed by you that the cancellation of a subscription shall be processed as per the decision of the Digital Samrat only. Digital Samrat shall have all the rights to reject the cancellation request made by you.

5. No Refund

5.1.     The Digital Samrat immediately make arrangements accordingly to the purchase made by a user to facilitate course/trainings/mentorship programs/consulting/services/coaching and to impart training associated with it. Since, the marketing and other expenses are incurred on such arrangements, training programs and due to the sensitive, proprietary and unique nature of the copyrighted content provided through course/trainings/mentorship programs/consulting/services/coaching training, therefore Digital Samrat follow No Refund Policy.

5.2.     In particular, Digital Samrat shall not process any refunds for any purchase made for its courses/trainings/mentorship programs/consulting/servicesin any manner.

6. Changes in purchase

6.1.     If a user has opted for a course and further wants to change to another course after the his/her enrollment, the user will have to request the Digital Samrat to do so. The decision taken by Digital Samrat shall be binding and final on all the parties concerned.

6.2.     Before changing to another program, the student will have to pay the difference fee including applicable taxes as per the fee structure of the newly opted course.

6.3.     If the new course fee is lesser than that of the previous one, the Digital Samrat isn’t liable to refund the difference amount.
